Welcome to Chuvorixo. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chuvorixo. By accessing our website or using the shopping functions, products, content, and related features provided through it (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the terms set out below. Our online store is operated through Shopify’s e-commerce infrastructure, which supports the provision of these Services.

Chuvorixo may accept, modify, or reject an order at its discretion. An order becomes accepted only once we have provided confirmation and the applicable payment has been successfully processed.

Since fulfillment may commence soon after an order is accepted, cancellation requests submitted after confirmation may not always be accommodated.

Returns and exchanges are governed by the terms set out in our Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you represent that the products are being purchased for personal use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

Ownership of the products and risk of loss pass to you when the products are transferred to the applicable shipping carrier.

We do not operate or control these third-party tools. They are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Chuvorixo assumes no responsibility or liability resulting from your use of optional third-party tools.

Any decision to access or use such tools is made at your own discretion and risk.

Our Services may contain links leading to websites or resources maintained by third parties.

SECTION 9 - SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP

Our online storefront relies on Shopify technology to operate the Services.

However, purchases and financial transactions completed through Chuvorixo are transactions directly between you and Chuvorixo.

Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from us or for claims arising from transactions completed with Chuvorixo.

By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims and liabilities arising from your purchases or dealings with us.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY AND DATA

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHUVORIXO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND RELATED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OTHER SIMILAR LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MAY OCCUR.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chuvorixo, Shopify, and our respective partners against third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable local or international laws.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by an applicable authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be separated from these Terms to the extent necessary.

All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first make an effort to resolve the matter informally for a period of 30 days by contacting us at support@chuvorixo.com.

Any subsequent formal legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class-action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

SECTION 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT & WAIVER

Our failure to immediately enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision at a later time.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Chuvorixo regarding use of the Services and supersede prior communications, understandings, or proposals concerning the same subject matter.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written approval.

Chuvorixo may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another party without prior notice.

The headings appearing throughout these Terms are provided solely for readability.

They do not modify, limit, or otherwise affect the interpretation of the provisions to which they refer.

SECTION 23 - MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
